What can I say, in the fifties even the
Station Wagon your Mom drove was a good looking car. Two tone
color, lots of chrome trim, wide whitewall tires, these were
Automotive Art on four wheels. My parents had some of these, our
neighbors had some of the others. My grandparents had a Nash
Rambler, We owned a Plymouth and a Dodge.
So pack the Kids in the back of the "The Family Wagon" and go to the Drive-in. |
