I invite you to take a stroll with me down this path to
recapture simpler
times of our youth.
I plan to feature pictures of where I was born and later grew up and invite fellow Guyanese and West Indians and those who have traveled to these places and fallen in love with, to stop by and take a stroll with me and sign my guest book.
Oh yes, those wonderful recipes that will be featured. I invite you to share in, lets make this a place where we can share with all, our heritage and cuisine and be proud of it.
In more recent times I have taken a ride down memory lane and my home today is out with the new and in with the old. Yes I am having the time of my life and with this and my son Travis who is ever so dear to me and our pets Judo, Rambo, Romeo , Juliet & Dartanian we invite you to again share with us and send us your memories and pictures from back in time so we may feature you in our scrap book. This is just the beginning and with your help and in time we will take each other for the rides of our lives. Reliving those unforgettable moments back in time.

Caribbean is Calypso, Steelband and Reggae. While not common in the U.S.A, it is
appreciated by those who grew up with and moved away. Most visitors who come to the
Islands return home with a Caribbean melody. Also for those who are here to take a stroll
down Memory Lane we can't forget the Music of the 50's. So sit back, relax and sip a Rum
Punch or just the punch without the Rum.... the Rum without the Punch.....your choice.
