DVD's and Players
are NOT all the same.
Please
read this page carefully to avoid disappointments and problems.
In addition to our
standard VHS videos, you may also order these Videos in DVD-R
format. Most
DVD Players made within the last 2 years should be able to play
these DVD's. Please check your DVD player manual to
insure it can play DVD-R. This information is usually
supplied with the first few pages of your owners manual. DVD-R
is a non-rewriteable format and it is compatible with about 90%
of all DVD Players and most DVD-ROMs No
returns or credit for DVD's will be given unless defective.
If you believe your DVD is defective, return it to us and we
will determine if defective and replace as nescessary. Please
check your DVD player manual, it MUST list DVD-R
as a format it can play.
