1. How many tapes are there in the series?

We have sufficient footage for more than 50 one hour tapes in the main series but to date only 35 are available until the remainder are re-edited for distribution. (32 videos will be the maximum available for the UK)

2. When were they filmed?

Footage on video or cine film transferred to video encompass several decades but we do not have the exact dates of the earlier footage (mainly in b/w) as this was never stated at the time, however, many of our old still pictures (transferred to video and other formats) date back to the early 60's. Other footage was filmed in recent years, and by demand from regular customers, new videos are still being made but all recent productions maintain the same authentic themes and fashions of the 1950's and early 60's. 

3. Can I select the videos in which my favourite girl/s are featured?

Yes, but we cannot split tapes and take bits out of them to make up a special tape of one girl. All our videos feature at least 4 girls so although you would receive those tapes in which your favourite girl/s appear, each video would include the other 3 girls as well. Our girls could be featured in just one video or up to 6 or 7 videos (all different sequences of course) so to acquire ALL footage of your favourite you would have to buy from 1 to 6 or 7 tapes. If customers have no particular favourite (as one customer said "I love 'em all") then they are supplied simply in number order.

4. Can I select girls by what they are wearing (say just those in pleated skirts) or by locations etc?

No, selection of the girls themselves is the only selection process we operate.

5. Are there any age limits of the girls?

Yes, a minimum age of 18 years. No particular maximum but normally with the 30's age group.

6. How do I know which girl appears in what tape?

We are working on a data base which will provide this information. Customers will be able to insert the name of any girl into the search box and be immediately supplied with a list of tapes numbers in which she is featured together with the length in minutes and a brief description of the sequence. The data base will be regularly up-dated with new productions, available formats and new girls as well as information of any tapes which may be temporarily or permanently unavailable. 

7. Is there a risk of videos being duplicated?

No, which we make clear in our site text. We maintain accurate records of tapes sent to each customer and ensure no videos are duplicated unless this is done purely by mistake in which case the correct tape/s would be sent immediately on notification by the customer. 

8. Do many tapes get lost in the post or are received damaged?

Very few, in fact we can count on one hand the number of videos lost in the post in the last 5 years. If a tape is lost this way and we are advised by the customer, then the same numbered tape/s would be replaced immediately providing 30 days have expired since the tape was first posted. If a tape is received damaged and cannot be properly played back or viewed, then we would ask that it be returned to us for inspection and replaced with the same tape number/s. 

9. Can I return or exchange videos?

No, and this is also clearly stated in our site text. In fact no glamour producers take back videos for obvious reasons.

10. In addition to paying by cheque or credit card, can I pay by switch or cash?

You can pay by cash providing you send your order and cash by registered post although we would not recommend sending cash to another country. Please note that we cannot be held liable for any cash sent without being registered. Sorry, we cannot accept switch at present but hope to be able to do so in the near future. Of course the best way to send orders (if you have access to the Internet and have a current credit card) is by the PayPal secured system. This guarantees that you will receive the goods ordered and if not, your credit card will not be debited. 

11. How prompt are your deliveries?

Like all mail order suppliers we have a legal right to take up to 30 days before any steps can be taken on non-delivery but in practice delivery is far quicker than that. The fastest are deliveries from Internet orders which could be within 3 to 7 days. Orders by snail mail would be within 7 to 15 days depending on countries of destination. 

12. Will you be offering your videos in other than VHS PAL, NTSC or SECAM formats?

Yes, we hope shortly to be able to offer our 'Old Fashioned Glamour' series and other products on CDs, and DVDs and will advise customers when these are available. 

13. Can I correspond with the girls?

Only with those currently modelling for us and all correspondence must be through us or our associate partners in the USA and France, furthermore, we reserve the right to decline showing any correspondence to the girls. Naturally, the phone numbers and addresses of the girls are not supplied. As regards to girls who have modelled for us in the past (which is the majority) it must be remembered that a great deal of filming was done many years ago and most of the 'girls' are now mums (even grandmums) with their own families, moreover, many have moved away and are no longer contactable.

14. Are you able to supply say a PAL format video to someone in an NTSC country and vice-versa who may wish to send a tape to a relative or friend in another country?

Yes, although NTSC is normally supplied to the USA, we are able to make arrangements for a customer in that country to have a PAL or SECAM format tape providing this is clearly stated in the Special Instructions area of the order form. 

15. Do the girls mind doing glamour modelling and how do you find them?

Good questions often asked. The answers can be seen in a forthcoming issue of our subscribers newsletter.

16. How long will you continue to make these 'Old Fashioned Glamour' videos?

Probably as long as we are alive and kicking and the customers want them.

17. If my girlfriend or another girl I know would like to be featured in your videos, can I recommend her to you?
